Refund Scope
This refund policy applies to credit pack purchases made on SceneVault.art. Since credits are used to download digital images that are delivered instantly, refund eligibility is subject to the conditions described below. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Technical failure that prevented credits from being added to your account after a successful payment
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same credit pack purchase
- Unauthorized transaction — a charge was made without your authorization
- Credits have been partially or fully used to download images
- Subjective dissatisfaction with downloaded image quality, color, or composition
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date
- You no longer need the credits for your project
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; you will not be charged again and you keep the current period's credits until it ends
- We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law or for the technical issues listed above
- If a subscription payment is refunded, the credits granted for that payment are removed to the extent they have not been used
Partial Refunds
If you have used a portion of the credits from a credit pack, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the unused credits. The refund amount will be calculated based on the ratio of unused credits to the total credits in the pack, applied to the original purchase price.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours (business days). We may request additional information to verify your claim.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
License Revocation
Upon receiving a full refund, all image licenses obtained using credits from the refunded purchase are automatically revoked. You must delete all copies of images downloaded with those credits and cease any use of them. Partial refunds do not affect licenses for images already downloaded.
